Lynda Member Posts: 6 | The members of the Board of Directors and a few other volunteers of this rescue group are in need of a personal assistant volunteer who can handle the transportation of our foster dogs to vet appointments, groomings, pickups from shelters or owner turn ins, or just plain transports from one place to another. Most of the travel will be in Plano, Carrollton and the north Dallas area although it can happen anywhere in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. You must have reliable transportation and be available during the day or at least have the freedom to assist during the day. The busiest day of the week for such transports is Thursday (but many times we may need assistance on other days as well). Whatever day or days you can help us will be greatly appreciated. This opportunity may also morph into helping process applications or performing home visits. This is a volunteer position (not a paid position) and the volunteer must be at least of legal age and be a reliable, responsible person.
