OUT OF STOCK: Occasionally an item ordered may be out of stock. If this happens we will contact you and let you know when it is scheduled to arrive. You may choose to wait on the item, order something else of equal value, or receive a refund. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: For items damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately using the Contact Us form. Please save the packaging materials as the shipper may request to inspect it for insurance purposes.
RETURNS: To return a non-defective item for exchange or refund you must notify us within 20 days of your order using the Contact Us form. After we receive the item, we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the original shipping charges. (If you received free shipping on your order, our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.) If you are making an exchange for something of equal or greater value, we gladly will waive the restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot refund your return postage. To issue a refund we must receive your returned item in new undamaged condition and we cannot be responsible for items lost in the return shipping or delivered to the wrong address so it is recommended that you insure your return shipment.
